Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products, including Tough Hands Work Grade Repair Balm, are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return, contact us at info@toughhandsco.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
